Team Challenge
Activities
Structured around real collaboration mechanics, our team challenges push groups beyond their comfort zones in the most engaging way possible. Puzzles, role assignments, time pressure, and shared victory create the kind of bond that a conference room never could.
Interactive Scenario
Development
Every great game starts with a great story. We work directly with you to develop a fully original scenario — tailored to your group's culture, inside jokes, professional context, or simply a theme you love. The result is a narrative that feels personal, coherent, and compelling from the first clue to the final reveal.

From intimate dinner parties to large-scale corporate galas, we step in as the creative engine behind your event's game layer. We design, schedule, and execute the entire interactive entertainment program so you never have to worry about a single logistical detail.

Crafted for the
Love of Play
Questoria Play was founded in Colorado Springs in 2026 by a team of game designers, storytellers, and event professionals who shared one conviction: that play is not a luxury, it is a language. A language that strips away hierarchy, quiets anxiety, and transforms strangers into collaborators and collaborators into friends.
"We do not sell entertainment packages. We design moments that people carry with them long after the game ends."
Every scenario we write, every prop we craft, and every session we run is guided by a deep respect for the participant's time and imagination. Based at 620 S Cascade Ave in the heart of Colorado Springs, we serve clients across Colorado and beyond, bringing the adventure to wherever the table is set.
Where Strategy
Meets Spectacle
We combine the craft of experienced game designers with the precision of professional event producers. The result is an experience that is as smooth to run as it is memorable to attend.
No two groups receive the same game. Every narrative is written specifically for your people, your context, and your goals.
Our facilitators are trained improvisers and communicators who keep energy high and ensure every participant is engaged.
Props, setup, timing, contingency plans — we own every operational detail so your only job is to enjoy the game.
From a private dinner party of six to a corporate event for two hundred, our formats scale without losing quality or intimacy.
Headquartered in Colorado Springs, we travel to your venue across Colorado and take on select out-of-state events.
For corporate clients, we align game design with specific team-building goals: communication, trust, creative thinking, leadership.

Stories from the
Field
We run quarterly team-building retreats and have tried everything from ropes courses to cooking classes. Nothing has come close to what Questoria Play delivered. The scenario was tailor-made for our department and the game master kept every single person engaged for four straight hours. That is genuinely difficult to do with engineers.
My group of friends tends to spend every Saturday on the couch watching the same streaming service. I booked a guided mystery session for a birthday and now it is all anyone talks about. The props felt genuinely antique, the story had real twists, and our host was brilliant. Already planning the next one.
We hired Questoria Play to coordinate a game layer for our annual company gala. One hundred and forty people. Multiple simultaneous games running across two floors of a venue. Everything ran perfectly. Guests who had never spoken to each other were suddenly working together on clues. The energy in that room was electric.
I gave them a loose idea, a 1920s murder mystery set at a fictional law firm with characters based loosely on my family members. What they came back with was a forty-page script, custom-labeled evidence folders, and a timeline that would make any crime novelist envious. Worth every dollar and then some.
I was skeptical. Our team has done team-building before and it always feels forced. This felt like play. Genuine, competitive, laugh-out-loud play. By the end of it I had learned more about how my colleagues think under pressure than in three years of working alongside them. That is the real product they are selling.
Organized a bachelorette party for my best friend who loves puzzles and mystery novels. This was the perfect alternative to a bar crawl. Eight of us, a private room, a gorgeous set of props and a story that genuinely surprised us. The game master was warm, funny, and kept us on track without being pushy. Unforgettable evening.
Our nonprofit runs an annual fundraising gala and we needed something that would stand apart from the standard auction-and-dinner format. Questoria Play designed an interactive treasure hunt across the venue that kept guests moving, talking, and genuinely excited. Donations were up, and post-event surveys mentioned the game as the highlight of the night.
